How to enter

1. Follow @pixelbrisbane on Instagram.
2. Comment Brisbane's best jacaranda street on the giveaway post — name the street or suburb and tell us why. The more specific and the more Brisbane, the better. 👇

Winning spots may be added to our jacaranda map, credited to you.

The prizes — 3 winners

Each winner takes home:

• 🖼️ A framed pixel-art print of the jacaranda street they nominated (or their own street), drawn from the Pixel Brisbane map — A4, ready to hang.
• 🎁 Plus their choice of one:
  • 🎬 2× cinema tickets (New Farm Cinemas or Event Cinemas), or
  • ☕ a $50 Brisbane café / dining gift card, or
  • 🎁 a mystery Brisbane prize — a wildcard we'll reveal to the winner (think tickets, a local hamper, or extra map art).

Key dates

• Entries open: Wednesday 16 September 2026.
• Entries close: Sunday 18 October 2026, 11:59pm AEST.
• Winners announced: Friday 23 October 2026 — as Brisbane hits peak jacaranda bloom — on our channels.

Terms & conditions

1. Promoter: Pixel Brisbane (“we”). Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
2. Eligibility: open to residents of Australia. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission. Our team and their immediate families can't win.
3. How to enter: during the entry period, follow @pixelbrisbane on Instagram and comment your answer (Brisbane's best jacaranda street) on the giveaway post. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Free to enter.
4. Game of skill: this is a game of skill — chance plays no part in determining winners. Entries are judged by the Pixel Brisbane team on originality, local knowledge and how well they capture Brisbane. The three entries judged best win. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Because it is a game of skill, no permit is required.
5. Prizes: three (3) winners each receive one A4 framed pixel-art print (approx. value $60) plus one second prize of their choice (approx. value up to $50): 2× cinema tickets, a $50 gift card, or a mystery prize. Total prize pool approx. $330. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. If a chosen prize is unavailable, we'll offer one of equal or greater value.
6. Winner notification: winners will be notified by reply and/or direct message on Instagram, and announced publicly in a comment on the original post and in a new post, by Friday 23 October 2026. Winners have 14 days to respond and provide delivery details, or we may redraw.
7. Your details: we'll only use a winner's contact and address to deliver the prize, per our privacy policy. We won't sell or share your data.
