Discipline for Taekwondo & Korean Sword Art. Tae Kwon Do is one of the most systematic and powerful Korean Martial Arts. It uses offence and defence techniques with all parts of the human body while hands and feet play key roles in the techniques. It is a discipline that shows a way of enhancing one's spirit and life through mental and physical training. Today it is a global martial art that has an international reputation and stands proudly among official games in the Olympics.
